Caution Fee
At D'Vand Events Place, a caution fee like in many other event venues, is a deposit paid by event organizers or clients in addition to the rental fee. The caution fee is usually refundable after the event, provided there is no damage to the venue or its facilities during the event.
The caution fee is important to ensure that the event organizers or clients take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the event. It is also a way for the venue to protect its property and ensure that it is well-maintained for future events. The caution fee encourages event organizers to be more careful and responsible during the event to avoid any damage.
The caution fee can also be seen as a way for the venue to ensure the event is properly planned and organized. The deposit serves as a commitment from the event organizers to follow the venue's rules and regulations and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely.
